Due to the personal nature of our lip balms and lip care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases once they have been completed.

This policy ensures all customers receive products that are safe, unused, and free from any risk of contamination.

Exceptions:
We will offer a replacement or store credit only if:
    •    Your item arrives damaged or faulty, or
    •    You receive the incorrect product

To be eligible, you must:
    •    Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
    •    Provide clear photographic evidence
    •    Ensure the product remains unused
